An idea on site.
Found back at the office.
A measurement, an observation, a task. Note it in Zentra when it matters.
A notebook, always within reach.
Available in Zentra Gestion 1.90.11.
Designed for fieldwork.
Write, then get on with your day
Text saves automatically. On your phone, a full-screen editor gives your note all the space.
Find a note in its project
Link the note to the relevant project, or keep it without a project. Search and pinning help you find the essentials.
Keep tasks close at hand
Add checkboxes for measurements to confirm, materials to order or items to check.
Continue even without a connection
Notes are saved on the device. In a shared company, they join synchronisation when the connection returns. If two colleagues edit the same note, the text is not silently overwritten.
Everything stays in your workspace.
A notebook integrated into Gestion, with no additional Notes subscription.
