Zentra is the trade name of the software operated by Shabija Leart. Any commercial, technical or personal data enquiry may be sent to this contact.

Zentra is run as a sole proprietorship by Shabija Leart, in the municipality of Vernier, canton of Geneva. Zentra is not a company: there is no Zentra Sàrl or SA, and the operator is personally liable for its commitments.

This sole proprietorship is not entered in the commercial register and has no business identification number (UID/IDE).

Shabija Leart is not subject to Swiss VAT. Subscription prices are stated in Swiss francs; the publisher charges no Swiss VAT while this status remains applicable. Customer companies’ VAT settings are separate from this status.

The site, its online services, the public API, the MCP server and webhooks are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Workers), on the publisher’s account. Account, subscription, Support, Autopilote, client portal and API data are kept in Cloudflare D1. Files, published PDFs, archives, encrypted copies of the legal archive and backups are kept in Cloudflare R2. The physical location of this data at Cloudflare is not guaranteed to be in Switzerland.

Supabase provides authentication and the shared company profile, on the main project located in Zurich. Anthropic provides the Claude model that analyses the filtered excerpts for Support and Autopilote. Infomaniak Network SA manages the domain and the info@zentraapp.ch contact mailbox. Stripe handles subscriptions and their payment.

These services have different scopes and processing locations. See the privacy policy and the data processing sheet. Using a .ch domain does not mean that all data is hosted exclusively in Switzerland.

Website content, the presentation of Zentra and original software elements remain subject to their holders’ rights. Third-party components retain their respective licences. The customer retains their rights to the data and documents they import or create.

Examples are illustrative. Calculations and documents must be checked in the company’s context; Zentra is not a fiduciary advisory service. The software claims neither Swissdec certification nor ELM submission.

To report an error, unlawful content or a vulnerability, write to info@zentraapp.ch with the page or function concerned. Do not attach a password, licence token, API key or complete payroll file.
