Which plan should I choose?
Count the people who sign in to Zentra, including you. On your own: Solo. 2 to 5 people: Team. 6 to 15 people: Pro. All features are the same in the three plans.

Everyone who has access to Zentra, the account holder included. One person can use several devices. Employee records in payroll do not count.

An analysis is one email received with its attachments, or one document you drop in. Emails your rules set aside, such as newsletters or ignored senders, do not count.
What happens if I use all my analyses?
Zentra lets you know at 80 %. At 100 %, Autopilote pauses until the next month. The rest of Zentra keeps working normally. Nothing is charged without your consent.

With Pro, each extra person costs CHF 7 per month (CHF 70 per year) and adds 500 analyses per month. Write to us at info@zentraapp.ch to add them.
How does cancellation work?
Paid monthly, the subscription renews every month. Paid yearly, it renews every year. From your account you manage the payment method, your invoices and cancellation at the end of the paid period.
Does downloading trigger a payment?
No. Downloading Zentra creates no subscription. Start with the free 14-day trial, without a card, then choose a plan if Zentra suits you.
